Exclusiveaocreat provides professional garden furniture repair, restoration, and maintenance services. As a service-based business, our return policy differs from traditional product return policies. Once services have been performed on your furniture, the work cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense. However, we are committed to your satisfaction and have established policies to address concerns about completed work.
2. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel a scheduled service appointment or service agreement under the following conditions:
- Before Work Begins: If you cancel before we begin work on your furniture, you may cancel without penalty. Any deposits paid will be fully refunded.
- After Assessment: If you decide not to proceed after we have provided an assessment and quote, there is no obligation to proceed. No charges apply unless you have specifically requested additional services.
- After Work Has Begun: If work has already commenced, cancellation may result in charges for work completed up to the point of cancellation. We will provide a detailed breakdown of completed work and associated costs.
3. Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with the completed restoration or repair work, please contact us within 30 days of service completion. We will work with you to address any concerns and make reasonable corrections at no additional charge, provided the issues are related to our workmanship and not due to normal wear and tear, misuse, or environmental factors beyond our control.
4. Warranty Coverage
Our service packages include warranty coverage as follows:
- Basic Care Package: 90-day warranty on repairs and finishes
- Complete Restoration: One-year warranty on structural repairs and finishes
- Premium Renewal: Two-year warranty on all work performed
Warranty coverage applies to defects in workmanship and materials used. Normal wear and tear, damage from misuse, accidents, or environmental factors (such as extreme weather, fire, or vandalism) are not covered under warranty.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds may be available under the following circumstances:
- Service Cancellation: Full refund of any deposits or payments made if service is cancelled before work begins.
- Unsatisfactory Work: If we are unable to resolve concerns about completed work to your satisfaction, we may offer a partial or full refund at our discretion, based on the specific circumstances and work completed.
- Service Failure: If we are unable to complete the agreed-upon service due to circumstances beyond your control, a full refund will be provided.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days of service completion. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction and may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account.
6. Making a Warranty Claim
To make a warranty claim or report dissatisfaction with completed work, please contact us within the warranty period. You will need to provide:
- Your service agreement or invoice number
- A detailed description of the issue
- Photographs of the problem area (if applicable)
- Your contact information and preferred method of communication
We will review your claim and respond within 5 business days. If the issue is covered under warranty, we will schedule a time to inspect and address the problem at no additional charge.
7. Non-Refundable Services
The following services and situations are generally non-refundable:
- Work that has been completed and accepted by the customer
- Custom finishes or colors specifically requested by the customer
- Damage caused by customer misuse, accidents, or environmental factors after service completion
- Materials that have been applied and cannot be removed without damage to the furniture

If you have a dispute regarding our services, we encourage you to contact us directly to resolve the issue. We are committed to working with you to find a fair solution. If we cannot resolve a dispute through direct communication, you may pursue other legal remedies available under California law.
